La Quercia is a beautiful Villa built in natural stone, with exposed beams, and hand made cotto tiles. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with an amazing swimming pool and a gorgeous view of the Umbria valley. Located only 7km from the pretty town of Umbertide, one of the most characteristics in Umbria. As you enter, you get into a cosy living area with a fireplace and sofa bed. From here you access to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a double and twin bedrooms, as well as little loft as a study. This villa is the ideal please for who wants to spend a holiday in the middle of the nature, in fact from here there are several trekking paths to discover the hidden places.
