Availability Request
• The information or availability for each property need to be done via e-mail, telephone or fax.

Booking
• The booking confirmation must be sent in writing, to be effective, by e-mail, telephone or fax, filling out the form (booking contract) given by VB Holiday Home.
• By filling out this form a no refundable 30% deposit, as booking guarantee must be paid within 2 working days by bank transfer, or credit card ( Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Amex) which VB Holiday Home will debit.
• The balance will be due by bank transfer SWIFT, or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DIENERS, AMEX) and will be due 8 weeks prior the arrival date. Failure to this payment, will be treated as a cancellation and will be entitled to apply the cancellation charges.
• If bookings are made 8 or less then 8 weeks prior the arrival date, the total balance will be due within 2 working days. No booking contract will exist between the client and VB Holiday Home until the full amount is received and an official invoice is issued by us.
• Booking are from Saturday to Saturday but mid week arrivals and shorted stay are valued.
• VB Holiday Home will issue after the booking is made, all the documents related to the selected property. Booking confirmation, driving directions with full address and welcome voucher to show at your arrival at the property owner or his key .

Security Deposit
• Together with the booking form confirmation you are required to send us a Security deposit form fully completed and signed, in order to cover possible damages or loss in the property. Each property has a different deposit so it will vary according to the one chosen.
If we don"t receive this form before the arrival we will consider it as cancellation. No charge will be processed from the credit card, unless it becomes due upon arrival.

Booking Cancellation
• If the client for some reason needs to cancel the reservation, the following charges will apply:
Within 60 days of the arrival date: 30%
Between 59 and 30 days of the arrival date: 50%
Between 29 and 14 days of the arrival date: 70%
Between 14 days and the arrival date: 100%
No Show 100%
• All the changes made 8 weeks prior the arrival date, will be considered as cancellations. The prices do not include travel insurance against holiday risks . The client is required to get his own travel insurance against cancellation fees.

Prices • The property prices are displayed in our website and vary according to the season, high medium, low. Extra costs will be applied and paid directly on site such as: central heating, air-conditioning, final clearing etc..

PRIVACY
• All personal details given by the clients will be exclusively treated for the booking purposes and the related documents according to the law D. LGS. 196/2003 .
